My Order Is Overdue Or I Received My Order And It Is Damaged

If your order is overdue you can track its progress by simply going to the 'Track Order' option on the bottom left of the website. All you simply need to do is enter your email address, order ID and your ship to postcode and you will then be able to see the progress of your package. If there are any issues after you have completed the above then please get in contact with us via the 'Contact Us' at the bottom of the website or alternatively directly via sales@cranka.com.au.

If you received your parcel and it is not what was ordered then please contact CRANKA via the 'Contact Us' option at the bottom of the website. Alternatively you can also get in touch with us directly via sales@cranka.com.au. If your parcel is delivered damaged or does not get delivered at all then please also contact us via the 'Contact Us' option at the bottom of the website. Alternatively you may also get in touch with us directly by emailing sales@cranka.com.au. Please ensure all issues are raised within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please ensure that you have your order number or tax invoice number.
