Shipping Terms


AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Please Note: CRANKA does NOT ship any LURES to any addresses within Australia. CRANKA will only ship REPLACEMENT PARTS and APPAREL to Australian customers. Any person within Australia wishing to purchase lures can do so by visiting any one of the many listed stockists on our STOCKIST page.

CRANKA uses Australia Post for all Australian orders. For Australian orders containing Replacement Parts ONLY shipping cost will be a flat rate of $6.95. Shipping times for these parcels will be 2-6 days. However if you wish to receive your items faster you may select the $10 flat rate express option during the checkout process which will generally see your items arrive between 1 and 3 business days depending on the area you live in.

For all Australian orders containing any items of Apparel shipping cost will be a flat rate of $10. These items are shipped via Australia Post Express and shipping times are usually 1-3 days depending on the area you live in.

All Australian orders with a value greater than $120 will qualify for FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING.

CRANKA Pty Ltd will accept PayPal and credit card payments only for all Australian orders. No other payment methods will be accepted. CRANKA uses PayPal to process all payments including credit card payments.

Please note that CRANKA does not ship any items on weekends or any designated public holidays. If an order is placed either during a weekend or a designated public holiday the order will not ship until the next possible business day.

IMPORTANT: All orders that are delivered to a collection service must be collected by the customer within 10 days of the parcel arriving at the collection facility. Any parcels that sit at collection facility waiting for collection by the customer for more than 10 days will be shipped back to CRANKA. If this occurs CRANKA will refund all monies less the forwarding and return shipping costs plus an additional $20 handling charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CRANKA will ship ALL items listed on this website directly to customers WORLDWIDE. CRANKA uses DHL Express, Australia Post Express International, and Australia Post Pack & Track International for all international orders. 

Shipping times for orders are to all major metropolitan areas. Delivery times may vary to more remote locations and do not include potential time held in customs.
 

All orders with a value greater than $300 shipped to the USA including Canada, New Zealand and most of Asia will qualify for FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING.

Shipping and transit insurance is NOT includied with all shipping methods. Some shipping methods include shipping insurance and others do not. All shipping methods clearly detail whether or not shipping and transit insurance is included or not and customers should take note of this prior to purchasing any items from us. Any items sent  without shipping and transit insurance included in the price will be sent at the customers own risk! ANY ITEMS SHIPPED FOR FREE WILL HAVE FULL SHIPPING AND TRANSIT INSURANCE INCLUDED.

CRANKA Pty Ltd will not ship to any PO Box address. All addresses must be a street address only!

CRANKA Pty Ltd will accept PayPal and credit card payments only for all International orders. No other payment methods will be accepted. CRANKA uses PayPal to process all payments including credit card payments.

CRANKA Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel overseas orders without any prior notice at any stage before sending. If an order is cancelled by CRANKA, we will notify you immediately via email and any payments that have been made will be fully refunded.

Any international orders that are refused upon delivery for any reason, the customs and duty charges applicable to your order will be billed directly to the customer by CRANKA. These charges cannot be reversed regardless of whether or not the parcel has been delivered to you or not. Orders may only be returned after receipt of the parcel if any issues are discovered. Please contact CRANKA directly to advise us of the issue and to arrange the return of the parcel.

All cancelations of orders must be made as quickly as possible. Any orders cancelled after the despatch of the package will result in the customer having to pay for the shipping and handling charges, any import or duty charges and also the return shipping cost for the parcel back to CRANKA. These costs are non-refundable!

The customer is responsible to make sure that somebody is available at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Any costs associated with re-delivery attempts will be passed onto the customer for circumstances where the delivery address was unattended at the time of delivery and a redelivery fee is charged.

International orders may be subject to a customs or import tax, imposed by the governing body in your country. CRANKA Pty Ltd cannot control or confirm if your order will be subject to any additional import taxes or not. Many countries have a 'Tax Free Threshold' for importing of goods. CRANKA advises that all customers should be aware of this and the import or customs taxes your order may or may not incur before placing any orders with CRANKA. CRANKA Pty Ltd will NOT take any responsibility for any additional customs or import taxes associated with your order. All customs or import taxes associated with international orders are the customer’s responsibility. Any international orders that are refused due to non-payment of customs or import taxes are non-refundable! Any parcels that are refused or abandoned for any reason will NOT be refunded!

Please note that your designated ship to address must reflect the address of the end user. CRANKA Pty Ltd will not process any orders which specify an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution centre, hotel or airport.
