Location- Brisbane, Australia.

I live in Brisbane and have lived here most of my life. Born in South Africa and moved here when I was very young. Have been fishing for as long as I can remember and always loved it. Got interested in lure fishing in 2005 and then moved on to fishing the ABT comps, more to learn but I loved the competitiveness and continued to compete. I spend a lot of time chasing bream landbased around the Brisbane and Gold Coast areas.  Apart from breaming I do chase other fish around here like Mangrove Jacks and Threadfin salmon. Nice change to get near spooled on 20lb gear!

In the past 5 years I have competed in 14 ABT Qualifiers and 1 ABT Grand Final. Travelling as far as Tasmania to fish these comps. (5kg bag definately made it worth while!)
I have finished in the top 10 6 times. My best result being a win at Bribie Island last year. All these top finishes have come in the last 2 seasons.  

I am currenty ranked 4th in the ABT Rankings and finished 2nd for Non boater of the year in 2009.
