· Pair of bream from the Mallacoota Vic Bream Classic 2010
History:
I first started fishing at a very young age with my Father. I have some great memories of fishing the beaches along the Great Ocean Road in Victoria chasing Salmon, Snapper & Gummy Sharks. There was also many a cold night spent on the Barwon River chasing the ever elusive Mulloway. As years progressed so did my passion for fishing with many days spent out at sea in Bass Strait targeting Sharks, snapper, flathead, tuna & whiting. I had also begun fishing the estuaries and local lakes using hardbodies and soft plastic lures chasing bream, mulloway, flathead, estuary perch and trout.
In 2007 I was lucky enough to be invited to fish in the Vic Bream Classic tournament series with friend Steve Parker from team “Colac Tackle” we still fish together today and have had some quite good results over the last 4 years. I have also fished in a couple of ABT events and look forward to competing in a lot more in the future.
